Definition of Strophoid:
S :any curve  O:any point (pole)  A:any point (fixed point)
any line through O meets S at point Q,
and points P,P' are  marked on it such that QA=QP=QP' ,
the locus of P, P' is called the strophoid of S
with respect to the pole O and the fixed point A
